The ideal candidate will have high-rise experience and solid knowledge of health and safety, fire safety, FM/Plant/BMS systems, and be working towards RICS or TPI accreditation. Office location near Enfield with strong transport links.

Qualifications

• High rise property management experience is essential.
• Solid understanding of health and safety and Fire Safety.
• Strong knowledge of FM, Plant and BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, site inspections and major works.
• Coordinate with Assistant PM and admin support for ~2000 units.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and fire safety standards.
