The successful candidate will have residential/building management experience, RMC exposure and strong contractor/supplier oversight, with accountability for budgets and compliance.

• Team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for a residential development.
• Lead a small on-site maintenance & concierge team.
• Oversee compliance, PPM, risk & contractor management.
• Support budgets, service charges & financial reporting.
• Manage RMC relationships and stakeholders.
• Tackle ongoing building issues & legacy projects.
• Drive improvements and initiate action.
