Location: These are field-based - Successful candidates Will typically be assigned to a specific catchment area but will be expected to travel and provide support across Yorkshire as business needs require. Flexibility and a willingness to work across different locations are therefore essential for these positions.

Putting people at the heart of everything we do, this role acts as the on-site representative for Developer Services, supporting homeowners and small developers throughout the early stages of their connections journey. Combining site surveying, connection design input, underground inspections and face-to-face customer engagement, the role provides clear, practical and accurate advice to help customers progress their applications and complete required works. The role also supports customers following completion of their works by undertaking underground inspections to confirm readiness for connection, ensuring requirements have been met and reducing aborted or failed connection visits. By providing early clarity on site conditions, design feasibility and next steps, the role helps minimise delays, prevent rework and ensure a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry through to application, connection readiness and delivery.

If successful for the role, you will be required to undergo pre-employment checks that will include a Basic Disclosure Check, carried out through a Third-Party Company, prior to commencing employment.
