Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in the United Kingdom seeks a Network Support Engineer to support PlayStation network services, APIs, tools, and related technologies. You will work with developers and publishers to resolve technical challenges and improve partner experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to developers and publishers across PlayStation platforms via portals, channels, on-site visits, training sessions, and industry events.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of PlayStation network services, APIs, tools, and technologies, helping partners interpret documentation and implement solutions correctly.
• Investigate technical issues, identify appropriate solutions, and coordinate escalations with relevant internal teams where required.
• Collaborate with teams across SIE regions to resolve partner issues and develop solutions that improve the developer experience.
• Act as a technical liaison between developers, publishers, and internal groups including Third Party Relations, Store Operations, Consumer Services, Policy, Product, and SDK teams.
• Gather, document, and communicate partner feedback, recurring technical challenges, and opportunities for improvement to engineering and product teams.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of developer-facing tools, services, documentation, and internal processes.
• Participate in project and software development work, including enhancing existing tools, creating new solutions, and automating internal workflows.
