The role requires no prior qualifications, but candidates must meet UK citizenship/residency criteria, pass DBS and CTC checks, and hold a UK manual driving licence with minimal points. Excellent communication and calmness under pressure are valued.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training and support provided.
• Experience handling challenging situations or working with distressed people is a plus.
• Must meet UK citizen/residency and DBS/CTC vetting requirements.
• Must be over 21 and have held a full UK manual driving licence with <=7 points.

Responsibilities

• Support a 24/7/365 operation with day and night shifts.
• Complete a 4-week paid training course and a 13-month mentoring period.
• Participate in Enhanced DBS checks, employer references, and Counter-Terrorist Check vetting.
