Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Cleaner for the Thermo-Fisher Scientific site in Crawley. This permanent part-time role is 10 hours per week with a Monday to Friday 2-hour shift, paying £14.50 per hour.

You will deliver high cleaning standards across designated areas and adhere to COSHH and health and safety procedures. We seek reliable, detail-focused individuals who can work independently or as part of a team, with good communication and a positive customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of COSHH, PPE and safe cleaning practices would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled cleaning, laundry and waste duties to a high standard
• Maintain clean, safe and hygienic areas across the site
• Use cleaning products, equipment and PPE safely, following COSHH requirements
• Follow all site procedures, including health and safety, security and hygiene standards
• Report equipment faults, building defects and safety hazards promptly
• Work independently and as part of the wider team to deliver excellent service
