Job summary

Sodexo Ltd is seeking a reliable Cleaner for the Thermo-Fisher Scientific site in Crawley. This permanent part-time role covers 10 hours per week, with a Monday to Friday 2-hour shift and a rate of £14.50 per hour.

You will deliver a high standard of cleaning across designated areas, following all site, company, health and safety procedures. The role requires attention to detail, reliability and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Experience in professional cleaning desirable.
• Knowledge of COSHH and PPE beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled cleaning, laundry and waste duties to a high standard.
• Maintain clean, safe and hygienic areas across the site.
• Use cleaning products, equipment and PPE safely, following COSHH requirements.
• Follow all site procedures, including health and safety, security and hygiene standards.
• Report equipment faults, building defects and safety hazards promptly.
• Work independently and as part of the wider team to deliver excellent service.
