Qualifications

• Despatch/Logistics supervisory experience required.
• Manufacturing experience essential; Food/FMCG advantageous.
• Strong decision-making and adaptability.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the despatch function on an afternoon shift for smooth operation.
• Stay hands-on within the despatch team.
• Lead health and safety best practices and promote safe working culture.
• Communicate order levels and work allocation to meet deadlines.
