Job summary

TRC Group in Stourport-on-Severn is seeking a Despatch Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for packing company products on time to meet customer requirements and for handling despatch documentation.

The role operates Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm and Friday 7am-1pm, with a temporary ongoing contract. A valid counterbalance forklift license is required, and own transport is preferred for occasional site movement.

Responsibilities

• Packing company products to meet customer requirements.
• Checking parts and packing parcels.
• Greeting drivers and verifying paperwork on arrival and loading.
• Loading of vehicles.
• Completing and distributing despatch documentation when required.
• Operating equipment as needed: chop saw, nail gun, banding machines, FLT.
• Assisting other departments when necessary.
