Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain and rotate stock
• Work in a chilled environment
• Operate machinery, scanning and weighing trays, stacking product onto pallets
• Pick and scan orders
• Check orders in internal database
• Securely wrap pallets prior to despatch
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Adhere to SOPs
• Manual handling and use of MH equipment

Role:Despatch Operative
Rate:£13.31 to £14.08 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Location: Pontefract, WF8 3DD
Shift Available:06:00 to 18:00pm (2-week rotating shift pattern (WK1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday = 44 hours, WK2: Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday = 33 hours)

About you:

• Previous experience within the food industry is advantageous but it is not essential! Full training will be given.

Role:
