Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial seeks a Despatch Operative for a manufacturing client in Gloucester, offering £13.45 per hour with overtime available. This full-time, temporary-to-permanent contract follows a Monday to Friday pattern, 13:00 to 21:00, with immediate starts for suitable applicants.

Duties include picking and preparing products for dispatch, checking accessories and components against paperwork, and loading goods onto the correct vehicles while upholding accuracy and efficiency throughout each shift. The position is physical, requiring regular manual handling and heavy lifting. Applicants should demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work methodically within a warehouse or production setting.

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Positive, hardworking attitude
• PPT or Counterbalance Forklift experience would be advantageous but is not essential
