The Compleat Food Group is seeking a proactive Despatch Supervisor to lead the receipt, storage and distribution of stock at the Middlesbrough site and with external warehouses. You will manage Stock Controllers and Pickers, monitor despatch performance, and maintain accurate stock records to maximise product availability.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and computer skills to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise a team of Stock Controllers and Pickers.
• Experience in despatch, storage and distribution operations.
• Strong computer and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of Stock Controller to ensure accurate receipt of finished product.
• Coordinate product requirements with sites to meet schedules.
• Ensure stock checks and discrepancies are addressed promptly.
• Oversee picking, rotation and adherence to temperature controls.
