Job summary

Culina Warrens site is seeking a Stock Controller to join the friendly team on a full-time permanent basis. The role reports to the Stock and Systems Manager and focuses on maintaining stock integrity within the warehouse.

Responsibilities include liaising with management to ensure accurate received and dispatched loads, managing the pallet area, and updating the pallet database. Previous stock controller experience is essential and flexibility to cover all stock dept functions is required.

Qualifications

• Previous stock controller experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of on-site systems.
• Able to manage own time to hit daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and dispatched loads and amend and rework accordingly.
• Manage, in conjunction with the Receipt and Despatch Team, the problem pallet area.
• Amend pickfaces to maintain stock integrity and ensure checks are completed first.
• Hold and Release process.
• Assist in the management of the pallet database.
• Fully investigate and report accurately all short shipments.
• Complete daily and weekly reports.
• Assist Stock Management with investigations.
