Job summary

Zohorecruit in London is seeking an IT Support Technician to deliver desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support across client environments. You will handle Windows 10/11 administration, Microsoft 365, and basic server concepts, with hands-on hardware troubleshooting.

You will work independently at field locations, coordinate with vendors, and document resolutions. The role emphasizes SLA-driven incident handling, proactive maintenance, and clear communication with users and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
• Handle service requests such as device setup, software installation, and user onboarding.
• Install, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks.
• Upgrade and replace faulty hardware components.
• Work with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network, and Application teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions; maintain knowledge base.
