Desktop Support Engineer (Security Cleared, SC)

Location: Milton Keynes

Shifts: Rotating Early, Mid, Late shifts to cover 7am - 7pm.

Pay Rate:

• £ per hour via Umbrella
• £ per hour via Hays PAYE

Contract Length: 3 months +

The successful candidate must hold a current SC clearance.

A leading provider of IT services and solutions is currently looking for an SC Cleared Desktop Support Engineer to join their expanding team at their prestigious offices in Milton Keynes. The client site is a Security Cleared environment, so the successful candidate must hold a current SC clearance.

Responsibilities include:

• Investigating and resolving incidents.
• Fulfilling requests.
• Assisting with problem investigations.
• Identifying and generating support documentation.
• Providing technical coaching.
• Ensuring adherence to agreed standards and procedures.
• Providing technical support and service delivery to our client's customers.
