Koud is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join a client in the financial sector. You will provide on-site IT support for end users, administer Active Directory, manage Office 365, and perform basic Microsoft Intune tasks to keep devices running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong communication, and fluency in English; Portuguese and Spanish are a plus. Experience with Bloomberg is mandatory and familiarity with asset management tools is beneficial.

Koud is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to work with one of our clients.Our client is a large financial institution with a strong presence in both local and international markets. They offer a wide range of financial services, including advisory on capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and the structuring of financial products for corporations, financial institutions, funds, governments, and individual investors.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site support for end users (hardware, software, network, devices);
• Administer and manage Active Directory (users, groups, computers);
• Manage Office 365 (user accounts, groups, license assignments);
• Perform basic Microsoft Intune tasks (device management, user/group administration);
• Take care of asset management (laptops, monitors, cables, accessories);
• Keep the office organized: moving monitors/computers, setting up desks, checking cabling, and ensuring everything works smoothly;
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and ensure users have the best support experience.

Required Skills:

• IT support experience L1, L2 and L3;
• Experience with Active Directory (users, groups, computers);
• Experience with Office 365 (licenses, users, groups);
• Experience with Bloomberg (mandatory) and Powershell;
• Exposure to Microsoft Intune (at least basic user/device management);
• Hands-on profile: comfortable troubleshooting, organizing equipment, moving devices, plugging cables, etc;
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude;
• Fluent English is required, Portuguese and Spanish are a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a financial services environment;
• Familiarity with asset management tools;
• Knowledge of video conferencing and collaboration tools.
