Job summary

Curo Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Desktop Refresh Engineer for Windows migration, laptop refresh, and clinic refresh tasks. The role involves on-site work across multiple UK locations with an ASAP start and duration up to 80–140 days.

The position includes a daily rate and security clearance consideration. The engineer will set up migrations, refresh clinics, move devices, log into systems, and manage stock and handovers per migration schedules while maintaining accurate records and reporting

Responsibilities

• Migration Setup
• Set-up Refresh Clinic
• Refresh laptops
• Move devices to refresh clinic per migration plan
• Login to systems as required
• Collect and handover devices per schedule
• Update workflow management system
• Report issues promptly to Engineer and Site Manager
• Pass unresolved issues to Post Migration Support
• Conduct daily manual stock checks and report findings
• Label devices for disposal or refurbishment
• Store devices at end of day
