Job summary

The role blends 2nd/3rd line support, endpoint engineering and systems administration, with a hands-on delivery style for senior executives, portfolio managers, traders and front-office staff. You will work in a Microsoft/Azure‑focused environment, using Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Okta and CrowdStrike, handling endpoint

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in IT support or desktop engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Intune, Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11.
• Solid Azure fundamentals covering compute, networking and identity.
• Experience with Okta, Azure Virtual Desktop, CrowdStrike and software deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support for users in London and international offices.
• Deliver white-glove support to executives and front-office staff.
• Administer Intune, Autopilot and endpoint configurations.
• Manage Azure Virtual Desktop, AppLocker and patching processes.
• Support security, risk controls and audits.
