Qualifications

• 8+ years total work experience.
• 5+ years experience designing/implementing Microsoft Intune solutions.
• 5 years as a system engineer in an enterprise.
• Experience with Windows 11, Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience deploying software packages and patch management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology and products per roadmap on schedule and with high quality.
• Provide guidance to execute plans and ensure performance.
• Provide last-tier support including root-cause analysis.
• Support End User Computing and Endpoint Security configurations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop solutions.
• Manage Azure Virtual Desktop environment and VM deployments.
• Develop automated deployment of software packages and workstation images.
• Maintain and update Windows desktop images and SCCM sequences.
• Design and manage Intune policies for apps, device compliance and security.
• Ensure integration with Microsoft 365 services.
