Technical Requirements

• Phone support experience necessary
• Technical Service Desk or call center experience required
• Disciplined, systematic problem-solving skills
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 10)
• Knowledge of Windows Servers (2008/2012/2016)
• Active Directory knowledge
• Experience with ITSM ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center
• Remote desktop applications like TeamViewer, SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, Windows Native tools
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Visio)
• Experience with internet browsers (Explorer, Chrome, Firefox)
• VPN and remote dial-in support
• Support for laptops, desktops, printers of all models
• PDA and BlackBerry support
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and common desktop applications like WinZip
