• Provide technical support from the office as a Desk Engineer.
• Prepare accurate estimates and technical quotations.
• Communicate directly with customers to understand requirements.
• Interpret technical specifications and offer appropriate solutions.
• Support tank building and design activities.
• Work with galvanised steel products and related technical processes.
• Sell and upsell suitable solutions to customers.
• Occasionally visit customer sites when required.
