Job Profile

  • Working from a home base, you will provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK, primarily in the Commercial sector, excluding motor.
  • This role is suitable for someone experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, but who prefers not to travel extensively or prepare reports.
  • You should be confident and able to establish rapport with brokers and adjusters.
  • Candidates ideally should be ACILA qualified, but those demonstrating relevant experience and working towards this qualification will also be considered.
  • The role may also accommodate part-time or flexible working arrangements.
