Job Profile

• Working from a home base, you will provide technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK, primarily across the Commercial sector, excluding motor.
• This role is suitable for someone experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, but who prefers not to travel extensively or prepare detailed reports.
• Must be confident and able to build rapport with brokers and adjusters.
• Candidates should ideally be ACILA qualified, but those demonstrating relevant experience and working towards this qualification will also be considered.
• Part-time or flexible working arrangements may be possible.
