Job summary

A leading company in the claims adjustment sector is seeking a technical support professional to assist SME brokers in the UK. This role involves resolving claims, requiring strong technical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities. Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial claims and may hold or be working towards ACILA qualification. Part-time or flexible working arrangements may be available.

Job description

• Working from a home base you give technical support on claims to SME brokers and their clients throughout the UK principally across the Commercial sector, but excluding motor.
• This role would suit someone who is experienced in resolving claims and technically capable, but who prefers not to travel much or prepare reports.
• Need to be confident and able to develop a rapport with brokers and adjusters.
• Candidates will ideally be ACILA qualified but would also look at candidates who can demonstrate their experience and working towards this qualification.
• May also suit part-time/flexible working.
