Qualifications

• Comprehensive portfolio of CPD related to Safeguarding and Child Protection.
• Outstanding interpersonal and problem resolution skills.
• Empathetic approach with strong safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead safeguarding across the school and liaise with agencies, parents and staff.
• Ensure wellbeing, child protection and safeguarding practices are followed daily.
• Provide expert advice and support to the leadership team and colleagues.
