Job summary

B&Q Limited is seeking a Trading Team Manager to drive the commercial delivery on the core trading floor, lead end-to-end stock management, manage range changes and promotions, and coach colleagues across Kent stores to ensure every customer counts.

You will rotate across a cluster of stores for 3–6 months before securing a role in your own department or store, with travel within 50 miles of home and progression opportunities within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail environment.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end-to-end stock management, range change and promotions.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.
• Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions to make every customer count.
