B&Q in Kent is recruiting a Designate Trading Team Manager to drive commercial delivery on the sales floor and coach colleagues to ensure every customer counts. You will learn about the business and rotate across a cluster of stores for 3–6 months before settling into your own department.

Role involves travel and flexibility during designation, with placement within 50 miles of your home. Competitive salary up to £32,000 plus bonus, pension and 6.6 weeks holiday.
