Qualifications

• Leads and coaches a team to deliver stock availability and customer service.
• Drives process and planning to support great product availability.
• Organised and proactive in daily trading operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial delivery of the core trading sales floor, leading end-to-end stock management, range changes and promotions.
• Conduct regular commercial reviews using sales data, loyalty insights, and customer feedback.
• Support colleagues to build deep product knowledge and meaningful customer interactions.
