B&Q Margate is seeking a Trading Team Manager to drive commercial delivery on the sales floor and coach colleagues to ensure every customer counts. This role supports our commitment to helping customers create homes they’ll love, with equality and inclusion at the heart of the process.

The position is open to Job Share, Full Time or Part Time arrangements on a permanent basis, with a salary up to £32,000 per annum plus bonus, pension and 6.6 weeks of holiday.
