B&Q Limited is seeking a Designate Trading Team Manager to lead a great team across the Kent area. You will drive core trading on the sales floor, coach colleagues, and deliver exceptional service to customers in store.

The role includes 3–6 months of across-store placement, with progression into a department or store. Travel within 50 miles is expected, and a competitive package with bonus and benefits is offered.
