British Heart Foundation is seeking a Manager Designate to join our retail field team covering home stores across London. You will gain exposure to different markets, layouts and turnover of stores before taking responsibility for your own store.

The role involves driving sales, providing outstanding customer service, leading and developing staff and volunteers, deputising for Store Managers and managing stock, merchandising and recruitment across sites.

We are looking for a Manager Designate to join our retail field team covering our home stores across London.

From working in a variety of stores you will gain exposure to different markets, layouts and turnover of stores before taking responsibility of your own store.

The Store Manager Designate role provides cover across different locations to support the day to day running of the required stores and includes:

• Driving sales and achieving targets
• Delivering a high standard of service to customers that is expected by the BHF
• Leading and developing a team of staff and volunteers
• Deputising for Store Managers.
• Stock generation and management
• Visual merchandising
• Recruitment and training of staff and volunteers.

This role involves providing cover and support to various stores. Therefore, willingness to travel to various sites is essential.

The successful candidate will need a full UK driving licence.
