Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our fashion store teams. You will be responsible for driving sales across physical and digital channels, while delivering high retail standards and a positive customer experience.

You will manage a diverse, hands-on team in a fast-paced environment, coordinating collections, deliveries and donations to support funding for life-saving research. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in retail, hospitality or service industry.
• Experience delivering strong customer service and sales results.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L and store performance.

Candidate must be fully flexible to work across 7 days per week including Weekends and Bank Holidays.

What does this role involve?

As a Store Manager you will be accountable for your stores performance, maximising sales through physical and digital channels, and achieving store targets by leading an inclusive and diverse team that consistently demonstrate the BHF values.

Each day is different in this varied, fast paced and hands on role. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life saving research.

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
