Job summary

PK Education is seeking talented Design & Technology teachers to cover opportunities across the 2026/27 academic year in and around Leighton Buzzard. The roles encompass KS3/KS4 DT teaching, with a focus on practical, creative lessons and a supportive department structure.

We welcome teachers with a passion for inspiring students through design, innovation, and problem solving, across Product Design, Resistant Materials, Graphics, Food Technology, Engineering, or related DT specialisms.

Qualifications

• Design & Technology teaching across KS3/KS4.
• Inspire creativity, technical skills and confidence in students.
• Support the department and align with school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging and practical Design & Technology lessons across KS3 and/or KS4.
• Deliver lessons within your specialist area and contribute to the DT curriculum.
• Support the wider department and school according to needs.
• Inspire students to develop creativity and problem solving in practical learning.
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Work within supportive secondary schools in the local area.
