Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic Design Technology teachers to join a forward-thinking department in Plymouth. The role focuses on GCSE Design and Technology and Art & Design: 3D Design, with scope to teach across all DT areas.

The successful candidate may be an Early Career Teacher or an experienced DT specialist. The department has excellent ICT facilities including CAD equipment, a laser cutter and a 3D printer.

Qualifications

• Qualified DT teacher with QTS/PGCE.
• Experience teaching GCSE Design and Technology and Art & Design desirable.
• Ability to teach across all Design Technology areas.

Responsibilities

• Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4 as part of a vibrant team.
• Contribute to ongoing development of the department.
• Provide induction and ongoing professional development support for ECTs and career changers.
