Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and the ability to raise student outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Design & Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Create an engaging and inclusive curriculum.
• Collaborate with department to develop teaching approaches and resources.
• Contribute to department meetings and CPD.
• Support enrichment, pastoral care and broader college life.
