Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment Manchester is seeking qualified Design Technology teachers for supply and long-term roles across Rochdale. You will teach KS3 and GCSE in schools throughout Greater Manchester, delivering practical lessons in workshops and managing equipment safely.

Essential: QTS or QTLS, experience in Product Design, Engineering, Resistant Materials or related DT. Competitive pay and inhouse payroll with CPD opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS is essential
• Experience teaching Design Technology at KS3 and GCSE
• Strong practical skills and safe workshop management
• Excellent classroom management and subject knowledge
• Good references supporting Design Technology teaching
• Overseas Police Checks where applicable (if required)
• Legal right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Plan lessons and prepare resources for KS3/GCSE Design Technology
