Job summary

Protocol Education is supporting a successful secondary school in South Gloucestershire in the appointment of a Teacher of Design Technology. The role is full-time and fixed-term, starting September 2026, across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to develop your practice in a high-achieving DT department.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, use varied assessment strategies to secure progress, contribute to pastoral care, and participate in curriculum development within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

  • Holds UK QTS and strong subject knowledge in Design Technology.
  • Experience delivering Design Technology across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Able to plan engaging lessons and monitor student progress.

Protocol Education is supporting a successful secondary school in South Gloucestershire in the appointment of a Teacher of DT.

This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity within a high-performing and enthusiastic DT department. The school welcomes applications from experienced teachers, ECTs and recently qualified teachers. The school are wanting the successful teacher to join them for September 2026.
