National History Museum in London is seeking a Design Systems Designer to shape how millions of visitors use our website. You’ll design, build and maintain components, patterns and tokens within our design system.

You’ll work in a multi-disciplinary team with developers and UX designers to ensure accessibility and consistency across web and mobile, while promoting design system adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in design systems and UI design.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with developers and UX designers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain components, patterns and tokens within our design system.
• Oversee design patterns for colour, typography, spacing and motion across web and mobile.
• Advocate for design system adoption across multiple stakeholder groups.
