Job summary

Natural History Museum in London is seeking an experienced Design Systems Designer to shape how millions of visitors explore our website. You’ll design, build and maintain components, patterns and tokens within the design system, and oversee colour, typography, spacing and motion across web and mobile.

You’ll collaborate with developers and UX designers to ensure consistency and advocate for design system adoption across stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining design systems and UI components.
• Proficiency with Figma libraries and components.

About The Role

As a Design Systems Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping how millions of visitors use our website to discover, plan their visit to the Museum. Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you'll design, build and maintain components, patterns and tokens within our design system. You’ll oversee design patterns for colour, typography, spacing, and motion across web and mobile, while advocating for design system adoption across different groups of stakeholders.
