Responsibilities

Own and evolve the UI design system, ensuring scalability and documentation.
Define and maintain design tokens, component libraries, patterns, and guidelines.
Audit and improve the design system based on product needs and accessibility standards.
Balance consistency with flexibility, setting standards while allowing market judgment.
Build and maintain a library of reusable UI components for web and digital touchpoints.
Provide a single source of truth to multiply output and streamline development.
Keep shared standards to help designers and engineers ship better work.
