SharkNinja is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the Global Digital Store Centre of Excellence in a senior, hands-on role. You will shape and deliver best-in-class user experiences across our direct-to-consumer (DTC) websites, working across global teams to ensure customer-centric, measurable improvements.

You’ll combine strategic UX thinking with craft, leading the end-to-end experience from research through flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX or product design.
• Strong portfolio of end-to-end UX work for ecommerce/DTC.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with CRO and experimentation.
• Ability to translate customer needs into measurable design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process from discovery to handoff.
• Translate complex customer and business needs into intuitive, engaging experiences.
• Create clear user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
• Balance customer needs, brand expression and technical constraints throughout design.
• Deliver high-quality, responsive, mobile-first experiences across SharkNinja’s global DTC ecosystem.
