Job summary

Magnet is seeking a part-time Design Sales Assistant for the Loughton Showroom. You will welcome customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and support Kitchen Sales Designers to guide the customer journey. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service and achieving store targets.

The position includes a base salary with uncapped commission (OTE around £17,000+), structured training, and substantial staff discounts. Weekend flexibility is required to meet customer demand.

£15,923.09 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £17,000+)

This is a part time role, 24 hours over 3 days.

As a Design Sales Assistant, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming experience from the moment customers walk through the door. You’ll take the time to understand their needs, guide them around our inspiring showroom, and showcase Magnet’s products and services in a helpful and engaging way.
