Job summary

Magnet Loughton Showroom is seeking a part-time Design Sales Assistant to warmly welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them around our showroom with product knowledge.

You will support Kitchen Sales Designers, manage appointments and contribute to store targets, while benefiting from structured training and a generous staff discount program.

£15,923.09 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £17,000+)

This is a part time role, 24 hours over 3 days.

As a Design Sales Assistant, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming experience from the moment customers walk through the door. You’ll take the time to understand their needs, guide them around our inspiring showroom, and showcase Magnet’s products and services in a helpful and engaging way.
