Magnet, the UK’s leading kitchen specialist, invites applications for a part-time Design Sales Assistant in our Walthamstow Showroom. You’ll welcome customers, understand their needs and showcase magnet products with a helpful, engaging approach.

You’ll work 24 hours across 3 days, aiming to deliver exceptional customer experiences, support Kitchen Sales Designers, and contribute to store targets while enjoying staff discounts, training, and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working to sales targets or KPIs.
• Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Great communication and organisation skills.
• IT literate with good attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Demonstrate high standards of administrative support.
• Use strong product knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Manage appointments and support Kitchen Sales Designers throughout the customer journey.
