Job summary

Magnet, Plymouth showroom, is seeking a part-time Design Sales Assistant to welcome customers and guide them through product selections. You’ll learn and apply strong product knowledge while supporting showroom operations and driving customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on delivering excellent service, managing appointments, and contributing to sales targets, with uncapped commission and a base salary listed. Weekends are required.

£15,930 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £17,000+)

Part time position of 24 hours over 3 days per week

As a Design Sales Assistant, you’ll help create a warm and welcoming experience from the moment customers walk through the door. You’ll take the time to understand their needs, guide them around our inspiring showroom, and showcase Magnet’s products and services in a helpful and engaging way.
