Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Design Project Manager to join their team for the Curzon Street Station Project. The role involves supporting the Head of Design, ensuring consistency across the Design and Engineering group in project management, contract administration, programme management, change control, and progress reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the AWJV design contract, including cost control and contract administration.
2. Coordinate communications (EWs, GCs, CEs, TQs) and respond accordingly.
3. Oversee project-wide design scope and change management, maintaining records of changes.
4. Manage the design programme and updates.
5. Support Design Delivery Managers in cost and schedule reviews.
6. Liaise with the Consultant Design PM and HS2 Design PM to ensure clear communication.
7. Implement TACs, instruct the Consultant, and prepare quotations.
8. Ensure TIDPs and MIDPs are produced timely and tracked through assurance.
9. Maintain consistency across design work packages regarding contract administration, reporting, programme, change, and quality.
10. Collaborate with the consultant to deliver value-driven design services.
