The Opportunity

Stantec is actively involved in designing and managing projects across the energy sector. We are trusted by our clients to deliver major projects in the UK and overseas. We are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team. The role can be based in any UK office with hybrid working options.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-disciplinary design coordination and provide leadership
• Drive collaboration with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure timely delivery of technical and commercial outcomes, exceeding client expectations
• Maintain effective financial and project management controls for monitoring and forecasting
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders about project matters
• Lead project performance, service delivery, and technical outcomes to exceed expectations

About You

You will have experience leading D&B projects in consultancy or contracting firms, with a technical background such as engineering, construction management, or environmental consulting. You should hold qualifications in engineering or project management, with a strong understanding of large construction projects and NEC contracts. Your experience should include building trusted relationships with clients and mentoring team members, always supporting our values of putting people and clients first.
