Job summary

Kier Group seeks a Design Manager to lead the Hogsmill Sewage Treatment Works design delivery in Kingston Upon Thames. • Degree in civil, electrical, mechanical or process engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary design teams and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across all project stages and coordinate deliverables to milestones.
• Perform design reviews, buildability assessments and stage-gate assurance; maintain records and audit trails.
• Manage design risks, change control, and technical queries with cost and programme impacts.
• Build relationships with clients, designers, suppliers and regulators and communicate progress.
• Support value engineering and sustainability considerations and drive innovation.
