Job summary

O'Neill and Brennan is seeking a Design Manager to join a project team on a £42m commercial refurbishment in the City of London. The contract will be for a minimum of 12 months and could lead to a follow-on project.

You will have Tier 1 main contracting experience as a Design Manager and will have been involved in PCSA 2-stage contracts. You will have designed on numerous projects over £30m, and a UK Construction qualification is essential.

Design Manager - Tier 1 Company

This leading main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to join a project team on a £42m commercial refurbishment project in the City of London. Your contract will be for a minimum period of 12 months and could lead to a follow-on project.

You will have Tier 1 main contracting experience as a Design Manager and will have been involved in various PCSA 2-stage contracts which will have been secured and delivered.

• You will have been a Design Manager on numerous projects over £30m in value.
• A UK Construction qualification is essential.
• Our client will not consider Architects without having worked for leading Tier 1 contractors recently.
