Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering design services, both during design development and on site.
• Leadership skills in a matrix organisation to deliver design services effectively.
• Good working knowledge of current construction contracts like NEC3.

• Manage delivery of Design on projects, coordinating with teams.
• Ensure design proposals meet customer requirements and budget constraints.
• Lead the development and management of design deliverables program.
